BLAINE, Minn. - Streamworks, a direct response marketing company based in Arden Hills, Minn., broke ground on its new 88,000 square-foot headquarters June 2. It plans to relocate its 150-person workforce to Blaine, Minn. by year’s end.

The new headquarters, located in the Lexington Preserve Business Park at 35W and Lexington Avenue, will help streamline its operations and unite its growing team under one roof. It will accommodate the need for increased print and mail production capacity, as well as Streamworks’ in-house digital and creative agency, Imagewerks Marketing, which was acquired in 2013.

Streamworks’ Chief Operating Officer Joe Klohn said the need for a facility that supports the company’s growth has been long in the making.

“The new headquarters will improve our production capabilities while helping us recruit and retain top-level marketing and creative talent,” said Klohn.

“This unified environment will also foster a vibrant company culture that will extend to our client relationships,” added Tony Zirnhelt, Streamworks’ President.

The company currently operates out of two 40,000-square-foot buildings on its Arden Hills campus. The new 88,000 square-foot building, at the end of a Pheasant Ridge Drive cul-de-sac, is expected to open in late 2016.

Streamworks launched the search for a new headquarters in December 2014 and landed on the decision to build in December 2015.
