On December 19th, Streamworks moved into a brand new headquarters in Blaine, Minnesota. Our new 90,000 square-foot space brings Streamworks and Imagewerks Marketing, our in-house creative and digital agency, under one roof for the first time.

With an ever-expanding team and scope of services, our old location was bursting at the seams. It was high time to upgrade our space. We designed our new headquarters from the ground up to be a custom fit for our company’s services and culture. Open-plan workspaces foster collaboration while our expansive, state-of-the-art production facility streamlines print and mail operations.

We hope you’ll make a visit in the next few months to tour our new headquarters, but in the meantime we wanted to share a quick video tour and some highlights about the space.

1. High-security facility

Our headquarters was designed to protect the privacy and integrity of our clients’ most sensitive information. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security measures including video surveillance, 24-hour card-controlled access, and restricted vendor access following an intensive vetting process.

2. Contemporary work environment

The open-plan layout of our workspace caters to the needs of the modern worker, offering areas designed to facilitate both individualized focus and impromptu collaboration.

3. Balance of work and play

Our employees know the meaning of “work hard, play hard.” Our game room has already played host to a company-wide ping pong tournament, and the fitness center is a popular place to “jog” new ideas with a quick run on the treadmill.

4. Easy access to Twin Cities metro

Our new headquarters is located right off 35W, providing easy accessibility to clients across the metro area and making it convenient for our delivery teams to come and go.

5. Personalized decor

We put our interior design where it belongs: in the hands of our own talented designers. They created a welcoming, modern space that reflects our company’s brand, culture, and values.

6. Technology-driven meeting spaces

Our meeting spaces are designed to drive connection and collaboration, with teleconferencing technology and display screens in every conference room.

7. Best of both worlds

We love everything about our new space, but the best part is that it provides a home for our two teams to share. With a collaborative office space and a production area capable of accommodating our growing print and mail capacity, our new headquarters combines the best strengths of both Streamworks and Imagewerks.
