Like the other promotions & incentive programs that USPS® is running this year, the Personalized Color Transpromo promotion starts February 1, 2023.

This latest promotion is about utilizing new print technologies to send unique, engaging bills and statements. This promotion is exclusively for First-Class Mail® pieces that incorporate personalized full-color in their accounts and statements, and the discount increases with the inclusion of a Business Reply or Courtesy Reply envelope.

The personalized color transpromo promotion will run from February 1-July 31, 2023. The registration period started on January 9, 2023.

What is Eligible?

• First-Class Mail®, presort, and automation letters.

• Additional discounts for Courtesy Reply Mail or Business Reply Mail® inclusion (all reply pieces must include a valid IMb)

• Content must be a bill, statement, or account summary

Discount varies from 3% for the personalized color transpromo piece and up to 4% with the inclusion of a reply mechanism.

• Bound Printed Matter

• Media Mail®

• First-Class Mail and Marketing Mail Parcels

• First-Class Mail cards and flats
